John Paul Strain’s art featured on billboards for Confederate Heritage Month

Another late post by me, but this is another thing that I found really cool: This past April, artist John Paul Strain’s painting, “CSS Virginia,” was chosen by the SCV Virginia Division to adorn 8 highway billboards celebrating Confederate Heritage Month across the state of Virginia.
